Taped to a saferoom door, it criticizes the quality of that saferoom Bopca Protector’s cooking. It contains social media influencer tropes that crawlers can use as taunts during the Boss fight. It gives directions to Alfredo’s saferoom, which has much better cuisine (actually made by Luigi).

This leads to the buried temple of Apito where the Fowl Player makes his lair.
This details the rise of the Elf from the 201st Security Group and reveals the plotting of the Fowl Player, referred to as “the Crow in Black,” who will restore the so-called angels to their rightful purpose.
Soul crystals are mined from Scolopendra’s lair and are connected to a once-living soul. They are used to power magical items like a battery, despite their wellknown unstable nature. These can power just about anything magical, whether it endlessly generates Mobs or refreshes powerful town guards daily. Their quality varies, with A-Grade being incredibly potent while lesser crystals power smaller Spells or devices.
Packed for an overnight camping trip, this duffel has been emptied of everything but outdoorsy clothes.
These cracked plastic crawl-tunnels from a long-dead kids’ zone echo loudly and offer both cover and deeply undignified ambush routes.

If you don’t want to use the Dungeon Anarchist’s Cookbook in your campaign, there’s good news: you don’t have to. But there are alternatives if you want a similar story without copying Carl and Donut’s. The Bestiarium Labyrinthi and The Book of Abramelin the Dungeon Mystic are alternatives to the Cookbook for parties whose play style or story may not fit the bomb-throwing archetype. Use one of these options directly or as inspiration for creating your own variant. While not as secretive as the Cookbook, these alternatives hide like purloined letters as one

When at least three of these are combined following a galvanic ward created by Dr. Bartleby Boltcrank, they create an electrical field that is particularly effective at repelling the undead.
Long, grease-slick tables fused together into immovable islands make excellent cover, choke points, or improvised barricades.
Gear Slot: Accessory This button was used by the Borant Corporation to test dungeon encounters multiple times to fine-tune them before the broadcast started. Looks like they left this one behind. Must be attached to a piece of your clothing. Once per floor, you may press this button to restart the current scene, up to 10 minutes into it. In combat, it must be used during the first round.
Acquired by defeating a Borough Boss. It will add an outline to individual quadrants within a borough, although details such as hallways or rooms will remain obscured. Focusing on a specific area will trigger a tooltip box to open, revealing the Mob level range and type (For example: Mobs Level 2–5. Shambling Acid Impaler.). The Borough Field Guide does not fill in Neighborhood details like a Neighborhood Map. Borough Field Guides make Grinding way more efficient because you can avoid lulls in the action. If you Grind for 5 or more hours, add 2 hours to your Grinding time. This allows you to Grind for 5 hours (the typical limit per day) and receive credit for 7 (see Grinding, in Crawlers & Customization, p. 43).
Won by the crawlers in the initial fighting pits when they first board the train. Grants them access to team-building seminars.
Acquired at the onset of the Quest when the heroes board the train. Requires four easy payments of 500 gold each. This pink wristband functions as the access card for Boost Camp. It allows the bearer to move from car to car and saves their itinerary.
A massive plastic cup with a large handle emblazoned with faded logos that promise “Free Refills.” The contents of this cup can be consumed repeatedly without refilling, restoring a little stamina each time.
